The client had conducted a
largescale audit of outstanding
environmental work. They
wanted their community to
know - at a click of a mouse -
when work of concern to them
was scheduled to be
completed. Organise-it was
approached to come up with a
solution.

An environmental website was
designed which incorporated a
behind the scenes content
management system, to
enable residents to check if
work had been reported, when
it would be addressed and the
facility to report work not
listed.

The client updates its own
News and Services pages
and loads its own
information to the
database in a simple,
custom designed input
sheet. Organise-it!
provided the client with a
training manual and the
option of a maintenance
contract to issue and
re-issue passwords and
back up the data on a
regular basis.
