The majority of our discussions are held by telephone, video conference,
by email or on line chat wherever possible so there are rarely travel
expenses and the time travelling to factor in.

When one of our solutions necessitates a finished document, if you wish,
we will produce work on disc so you can print your own copies.

When solving IT solutions (particularly small charities, not-for-profit
organisations and community groups), If a computer or program is
required, we will offer you the option of a used PC first; wherever possible
we will access open source software (which is often every bit as good as
the ones you pay a fortune for licence to use).

All these actions considerably reduce the costs - important for small,
developing groups.

Rates for the work we do vary, depending on the length and intensity of
our involvement. When Organise-it is recruited to work on a number of
projects simultaneously or consecutively there are always great
discounts.
